At Econorm Handicrafts, we want you to love your jute products as much as we do. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  • While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated every step of the way!

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • For any shipping-related queries, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care team.

  • Initiate Return: Contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order details and reason for return.

  • Self-Ship Your Return: We offer a convenient self-ship return option for your ease. You can choose your preferred courier service to ship the product back to our warehouse. Please ensure:

    • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

    • You include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.

    • You obtain and keep a valid courier receipt with tracking information.

  • Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned item, we'll conduct a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • Refund: If the returned product passes our quality check, we'll process your refund, including the cost of the product and the return shipping fee (as per the courier receipt you provide).

Refund Options

Original Payment Method: Receive a refund to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Self-Shipment Guidance:

  • Choose a reliable courier service and pack your return securely.

  • Clearly mark your package with our return address (provided by our customer care team).

  • Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.

  • Keep your courier receipt with tracking information as proof of shipment.
